1. 10-Day Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 10 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The bottle must not be more than 50% used.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you do not see results after properly using the product for 3–4 oil massages as instructed.

To qualify:

  • The product must be used as directed.

  • The refund request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.

  • The remaining product may be required for inspection.

Once approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

  • Return request made after 10 days of delivery.

  • Product is excessively used (more than 50% consumed).

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • No proof of purchase provided.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are already free
